How-to: Quick Snack Salad Veggie Masala Roll

When I don’t travel for work, I like to make food for myself because I have to pay for food from my pocket. Every now and then, I make my own salads. Very standard veggies – lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olives and green peppers, topped with cooked paneer or potatoes with a yogurt dressing. 

Now I had these veggies chopped but I wasn’t in the mood of a salad. So, I made myself a delicious AF veggie roll.

It starts with making masala potatoes:

Then, you make some rotis (I have frozen Indian rotis which I just heat), butter it up:


Then I took my chopped salad veggies:


You know where this going, throw in a slice of cheese and then add the above:


This is an Indian snack so it needs to have a lot of chaat masala and lemon juice:


Roll and wrap to bake:


Bake for 10-15 minites for the cheese to melt and the veggies to get warm:
